Complaint: Purchased the 2016 Office Professional. The activation code they provided did not work. Tried calling their number but no reply from them. Sent an email but no response. I called my credit card company to dispute this purchase. DO NOT BUY FROM TECHPRO KINGS—THEY ARE A SCAM.
