The disaster began when I visited a local store, and found a pair of sunglasses that I would like to purchase. Store informed me that they only had the display unit in stock, so the rep went ahead and ordered a pair of sunglasses to ship to me. Upon receipt of the order, I changed my mind, and returned the pair back to sunglass hut online store for full refund. I received an email stating that the return was received on 6/21, and refund should be issued within the next 3-5 days. I started getting a bit anxious by early July since the refund’s still not received, so I started calling their customer service for an update. Every rep I’ve spoke with thus far has asked me to leave my name and contact phone number, and someone would be in touch within the next 24 hours, I’ve been given that promise for 2 weeks, and NO ONE has contacted me yet. Where is my refund? That’s become a million dollar question. Why is it so difficult to provide an update? The customer service department has not been helpful at all. They cant even check and advise when the refund’s issued, if it’s been issued at all. I am a very dissatisfied customer, and do not intend to purchase from them again! Again, I still need my refund! That’s my hard-earned $265!!!
