This company bridal boulevard we organised through them a wedding dress for my now wife. Yes it was done a little bit late, but after numerous e-mails with this company we believed their promises. First was we can definitely get the dress to you by the 7th December, we then sent back to them that we needed to us no later than the 3rd December. Their response was we can definitely do that. After the dress did not arrive on the 3rd as promised i contacted them to be told it was in my country(Australia). After contacting the postal companies using the tracking number given to us by Bridal Boulevard, we were told that the dress was definitely not in Australia and had not even been scanned in China.This resulted in another less than ideal conversation with this company, during which they told me that no refund was possible until i had refused delivery of the dress. Finally the dress did arrive on the 9th December 4 days after our wedding. Whilst i was refusing the delivery the date that the dress was received from bridal boulevard to the shipping company was clearly printed on the parcel 4th December.I have not been able to get in contact with anyone from this company regarding the refund or anything else. DO NOT USE BRIDAL BOULEVARD.
