The HIV charity NAM produces this website and also publishes information in various other forms, including a factsheet called Travelling with your HIV drugs. All the factsheets are available online here.

The Global Database on HIV-Related Travel Restrictions, an initiative of the Deutsche AIDS-Hilfe, the European AIDS Treatment Group and the International AIDS Society provides information online about entry and residence restrictions for people living with HIV for almost 200 countries.
